And I agree TLOU is a great game, but far from no. 1 in my book.

This whole list looks like a poor combination of "what's popular now" and plain genericness. 

Metroid Prime is #72.  Way too low, but it's there.  Super Mario 3, however, is not.  SMH

@bold:  Yeah, I sensed that too - especially the top 10; a little bit of what's popular (TLOU), what has sold well (GTAV, WoW), and for "gamer cred" throw in a couple of what people consider legendary classics (OoT, FF7), and voila!  We have our top 10!  Still don't know how the hell Shenmue got in there, though.
