Came here to say the same thing. TLoU deserves to be on the list, but not at the top. GTA V really shouldn't be top ten, either. It was a good game, but great? Will it really shape gaming any more than earlier games in the series?
Okami honestly deserves to be higher, and Super Mario Galaxy 2 has absolutely no place on that list.
Ocarina of Time should probably still be #1, based purely on how influential it was. Failing that, I could see Super Mario Bros., Super Mario 64 or ICO at #1. I can't think of many other games that have had such a singularly big influence on how games are made.
