My appologies for opening another thread on this article, this one just seems to have slipped through the cracks when I was looking.
Anyway, I linked it because I think the article is excellent and nicely focuses on Microsoft's strategy for the past decade and a half. Just goes to show that money cannot buy success most of the time (otherwise Yankees would win World Series every year, and Real Madrid the same in the Champions League).
Hopefully, XOne will manage to increase the sales, because if they start getting desperate, we might lose some quality franchises forever.
