It is wrong to waste your life doing things that are unproductive.  People now of days tend to want to play arround all the time and neglect there resposiplities.  I bet if people didn't waste so much money on high tech they could have a more wholesome family.  Maybe kids would benifit more from having mom at home dad at work and playing out side exploring.  People who think video games are a lot of fun have not seen the world.  Search the world find out what love is this is the goal that should be one's main priority in life.

So if my grandparents played Wii tennis and had a lot of fun with the family, that immediately serves as concrete evidence that they haven't "seen the world"? And haven't experienced love?
What would make you say that?

I agree its wrong to waste your life doing things that are unproductive.
But here is a question for you.
can you define "unproductive"?
Because almost anything can be considered productive and unproductive in a sense.
It really depends upon perspective.

On topic:
If that guy enjoys listening to stories or enjoys reading novels or comic strips or enjoys watching movies or TV then he's a hypocrite.
"I hate the way they suck real people into fake worlds "
And I find it hard to believe that he hasn't enjoyed atleast one of those past times.
And the way he would group videogames with heroin and teenage pregnancies just shows how much he was desperately grasping for straws just to badmouth videogames.
