If a doc and a bodyguard protect the same person, does the bodyguard still die? The role for bg says that if a player would die the bodyguard steps in to prevent it. But if a doc were present, then the target wouldn't die so there would be no need.
or would the bg take the attack first? And then what if the doc protected the bg?
