"Each night you may target a player. If the player would be killed, they do not die".

"A Doctor is a role that targets a player at Night to protect that player from a single kill made during that Night."

These sounds very familiar to me. And regardless, you just said that you aren't a role and just a vanilla user. So how do you know for sure beforehand either way? Unless you are claiming to be the doctor (in which case there would be two, unlikely) or know something you aren't saying.
