Honestly, I owned both a 360 and PS3 and barely ever noticed a difference in performance. The only thing that really bothered me were the PS3's insufferable load times. That being said, the difference between the PS4 and XBOne is actually noticeable, especially when it comes to things like frame rate and loading / installation times. The XBOne really feels underpowered to me, especially for its asking price.
