it's the same as with the witness. jon blow said they had already choosen to only support 1 console before sony ever approached them. trading a lot of free press for a piece of paper that says you'll be timed-exclusive when you already planned to be timed-exclusive due to not having the resources to support launch partiy is a pretty easy decision, imo.
