It is actually really simple. Go to the clock, wait till midgnight, wait till the ghost stop moaning, walk, REALLY SLOW to the bathroom and radio, go back to the phone REALLY SLOW: first laugh.

Now scream into the headset, really loud, or use this video to make the game think you are screaming:

When the game hear you screaming, you get the second baby laugh.

Go to the phone, the controler will vibrate, focus on it without failing. It will laugh once more and then the phone will ring.

ya, I dont think thats all right,   I said hello a few times, and was talking,  but relatively softly and never yelled.   But it still worked. and i didnt need to focus on the phone, except when to answer it once it rang.

I waited by the corner of the 2 but looking down the hall way, reading gaf,   eventually i got a second laugh.  Then acting on a gaf tip,  I touched NOTHING while talking.  shortly it started to vibe,  after about 30 seconds the vibe stopped and i got another giggle,  i continued to talk, and the phone rang.  but i never have to focus on it for that to happen.
