Where do you and other people draw the conclusion that shitty camera and tank controls make it scary? It's frustrating, especially if we go back to doing that, now that most (if not all games) have gotten rid of tank controls.

The demo was fantastic. There was literally one jump scare and it was fucking terrifying, no matter how you slice it. The rest of the game is very eerie, with constant sobbing, radio static, noise disruptions and "appearances" in the bathroom, hallway and windows.

This teaser does not represent the final product, or so I have heard. Either way, it was well made and definitely left me wanting more.

As far as First person vs Third Person, I don't care which way it goes. Outlast and Amnesia did a great job as FP horror games and dead space (1 and 2) represented TP horror games well.

It's because it's true, it gives the player a handicap and makes him more vulnerable it forces you to be extra carefull with your health and ammo. I agree they were annoying sometimes and havent aged well so i dont expect them to bring those back.

Tp games now a days gives it more of an action vibe like RE5 and DS2 but it could still work as an horror game if they gave you more blunt weapons instead of so many different rifles. I think tp is the way to go for SH.
