It is actually really simple. Go to the clock, wait till midgnight, wait till the ghost stop moaning, walk, REALLY SLOW to the bathroom and radio, go back to the phone REALLY SLOW: first laugh.

Now scream into the headset, really loud, or use this video to make the game think you are screaming:

When the game hear you screaming, you get the second baby laugh.

Go to the phone, the controler will vibrate, focus on it without failing. It will laugh once more and then the phone will ring.

lol do you know Kojima was expecting people to take a week to decipher all that? It happened in less than 7 hours in the end! Kojima underestimating how online communities operate these days
