This post is sarcastic.  Not towards you, but towards how everyone's opinions on the game are from experience that they don't have.

Metaknight is broken as F***!!! Only character ever to be in its own special tier XD.

At first i didnt kno wat all the fuss was about but he literally is OP. Project M nerfed him down, still top tier character but isnt broken.

Personally i dont go for characters just cuz of how good they are, otherwise i play Fox/Marth all the time. Im glad i played ZSS before SSB4 cuz she's looking like a top tier (and i get to say i played her when she wasnt good

 

What's all this tier talk?! you aren't truly good at Smash unless you can put the character picker on random and win no matter who you are playing as! 

Except, that's not how it works if you're playing beyond a small group of friends.  There are 36 characters in Brawl.  If I spend 360 hours spread among them and pick random, I'm going to get my ass handed to me by someone who spent 360 hours  practicing one character.
