But even at that, if we were to tae every major EU teritory and ajust for the error percentage using germany as some sort of basis I think we would have a better idea of just how much they are undertracking in europe. So this would be adjusting for Uk, Germany, Spain, Italy, France, Netherlands.... then ROW.
