There is a reason for that... its cause of how VGC lists numbers on the main page. They are rounded up or down for simplicity sake. If you want to see the exact numbers then you have to go into the tools.
Having said that, I agree that VGC tracking is definately off by a lot especially when it comes to the PS4. I think this is cause they can't get a bead on how exactly to track Europe. But in truth they have even been regurlay way off the mark in NA too. Its almost as if in their heads the XB1 is putting up much more of a fisght than it actually is. Sooner or later they are going to figure out that isn't the case and track accordingly. By tomorrow we will at least know if their tracking for NA has improved or not.
