1. Most gamers here seem to be Nintendo and Sony guys. Nintendo guys are pretty irrelevant in this, their console doesn't get most of these 3rd party games. Sony guys lose out on some big games, so naturally that is the situation that creates the biggest stink here.

2. Continuing on that path, a lot of the people here who ARE Sony supporters, seem to be people who came in during the PS2 era, back when it was Sony doing the moneyhatting. They've bitched about it the last two gens because it's a new experience to them. The dominant era of PS1/2 created a sense of entitlement with some people. PS3 broke some of them of this, much like it broke Sony of most of its arrogance. PS4 is dominating, not quite to that level, and it still angers some that it still goes on. I guess some people see PS4 at 10,000,000 units and WiiU at 7 or whatever million and Xbone at 5 or whatever million and they think 3rd party companies due to the gap should be begging Sony to even allow them to be making PS4 games or something. I mean, that thread about Square potentially killing Tomb Raider with this move was hilarious and eye opening in terms of how out of touch people are in regards to Sony and the industry.

3. Rustled jimmies. Naturally there is always some of this going to be happening. It might make good business sense to many for a deal like the Tomb Raider one to happen, or for From Software to take Sony's money and make Bloodborne or whatever (I always get this confused with the Platinum Xbone game, hope I got the name right) or Bayonetta 2 to be Wii U exclusive, but a gamer on a competing console will hate that move.

4. When Sony does it, there are no words to describe how great it is. When MS does it, it's worse than cancer. This is extremely evident after Gamescom where suddenly MS is the devil for moneyhatting games but omg wow did you see these PS4 games?

nCBloodborne (moneyhat exclusive from 3rd party company)
The Order 1886 (moneyhat exclusive from 3rd party company)
The Tomorrow hildre (moneyhat exclusive from 3rd party company)

I heard Housemarque showed off another PS4 exclusive, throw that one in there too. There is simply a difference in reaction to what happens when company A does it versus company B. Even on NeoGAF right now there is a huge thread about Tomb Raider where they make sure to point out right in the thread title "timed exclusive" and yet for Ninja Theory's new game it's "first to console on PS4" LOL.

Personally IDGAF either way. The only thing in this whole scenario that has ever rubbed me the wrong way is Destiny's timed exclusive DLC inside of paid DLC, and even that's not too big a deal because I am not buying the game.

They never money hated though. Are you pepople really this clueless? LOL why would they stop paying for games if they done it before?

Bloodborne is a first party game as is The Order and the companies are second party not third party so they don't fund their own game. You cannot compare them to a game that is third party that been on other consoles since it's debut and published by a third paty company. The Tomorrow people is an indie, not sure if Sony is publishing it, but they are publishing that Housemarque game too.

Do you even know what you are talking about ringing up Bloodborne and The Order? They are not third party.
