How is that bad? It's business. That's how Microsoft got Halo, Sony got Final Fantasy, Nintendo got Bayonetta, etc.

Companies aren't friends that look out for each other. They are trying to outcompete one another by cutting into the other's profits.

If Sony cared about TR on the PS4, they could have negotiated a similar deal with SE. They didn't. End of story. This isn't fantasy land where everyone is on equal footing and can't get ahead of anyone else. Microsoft did what they had to, and SE took the deal for an instant profit.
