No it is not, Tomb Raider is pretty much established as a PS-franchise and it sells better there and has been for almost 20 years and the sequel was happening without MS money anyways, Bayonetta on the other hand was deemed a failure by Sega and they didn't want to fund the sequel so the game would never have happened without Nintendo
