its all about costs, risks and benefits.
ms is focusing on theire frew big frist party games and just buy/found other third party exlusives
xbox was never a "huge libary of diversity games" console
but today they want some more exclusiv games. so what to do? found an entirely new studio and ips from the beginning?
to much risk. to expensiv and would not benefit them right now.
