True, but people were getting the RRoD within weeks of purchasing a launch console. Falcon's might still RRoD but probably nowhere near the speculated 30% number of previous models. I waited to buy a 360 until I was guaranteed to get a falcon. Also I thought that since the 3-year RRoD warranty will cover me until January 2011, by then I wouldn't care because the 360 will probably be less than $150 and the next generation will either be out or looming.
