now imagine all this services with exclusive content, early access, exclusives demos and so on and so on!

So this works out to $20.00 a month for access to say 5 games (for now) from each publisher. So on top of the 2 free games from xbox live You are looking at 54 games a year. How would this be a bad thing?

Well if all publishers do it the same way (i don't believe they would anyway) you will be getting 54 old games, plus you will have to pay to play their new games anyway..
