If EA Access is a success other publishers will do the same thing. In the future we will have subscription services for every publisher, and they will make life tough for those who don't subscribe. EA locking the new Madden demo behind the subscription is only the beginning. They could also offer exclusive DLC, huge discounts, and even whole games (though this is unlikely). It just seems like a method to nickel and dime consumers even more.
