Nah, wising for the bankruptcy of a company is bad, because a lot of people would lose their job. I rather have them become third party which is a better idea.
Nintendo becoming third party would mean having some people fired BUT... their games would be on every platform available! The quality would be significantly lower but who cares about that when I can play Nintendo on my Ouya!
PS: It sucks for the people who get fired but you know how is life! You won't remember them or care about them in the end so fuck them!
