Project Diva 2nd is coming to NA on Nov. 18, in EU Nov. 21 (France receives it one day earlier)
This "Americana module" (exclusive to the western version afaik) will be offered as preorder bonus across all retailers in NA/EU
The extra characters DLC can be downloaded for no cost in PDF2nd if you had it for PDF (it's offered with Gamestop preorder if you didn't)
