Demo's are almost non-existant nowadays.  So, EA is bad for following what is now standard practice?  They allow their most loyal customers(EA access subscribers) a benefit of early access to the game before release.  Now that is a bad thing?  You have proved the point, that no matter what a company does, they can't please everybody.  Even if they gave it free, people would still complain about something.

You're totally missing the point. I don't give a crap about a Madden demo.

It starts with a demo and it ends with only subscribers getting matchmaking priority, locking even more content behind pay walls, etc. As if DLC and preorder bonuses weren't enough. Only worse, because it's publishers instead of single games.

Soon we'll need 10 subscriptions just to have the things that we used to have without them. And non-subscribers will get the middle finger.

As I said, Ubisoft is next. Almost guaranteed.
