i guess we will have to wait and see. honestly though i am not holding my breath, im not completely dismissing it but for now "power of the cloud" has been all talk no shizzle. it should have been a game changer in TF, it didnt. it should have made the XB1 4 times as powerful, it didnt.

i hope MS dont keep repeating the "power of the cloud" phrase until they actually got something to back it up. they should focus on the awesome stuff the got, mainly sunset overdrive.

I broadly wonder the same thing. I agree with you. If it isnt economically viable to produce double the work they should give up on trying to achieve dramatic visuals on this generation's consoles and just push it for PC.

PC as a platform is theoretically unlimited in power, there is no game out there that a powerfull PC cant "max out". the whole concpet behind cloud computing is giving extra power to a platform that has its limits, making it more powerful with just an internet connection. putting the cloud to run games on the PC is kind of redundant and against the whole point of cloud computing, (at least for games), as PC's are virtually unlimited when it comes to power, they are always evolving.

Also, lets think about it from a financial perspective, MS is probably relying on XBL subs to cover the cost of the servers, putting it on PC they gain nothing from those players using the servers (that MS said they give for free or a cheap cost to devs).
