Ugh major suspicion at people voting RCT. They're voting for basically the same reason as others are voting for outlaw (ie basically none), but without the benifit of confirming scum.

You keep saying that but its not true. The reasons are different. Your reasons are literally pretty much inactivty. I've already gone over the reasons for RCT wich are worse.
