Mafia A is getting lynched.
Mafia B has governor power
Mafia B stops Mafia A's lynch. So Mafia has been able to stop another Mafia's lynch. There's nothing wrong with prof's statement. Like noname said earlier, you've got a real bad case of tunnel vision when it comes to prof.

Nothing wrong with continuing an investigation I've gotten this far with. I get what it means now, but I was referring to the earlier discussion about there being multiple mafia factions. Surely you read that much? It wasn't that far back I don't think. Some are doubting it, but it's not out of the question. I personally think there are precisely two factions. With 15 people and all of them having a power role, it makes sense to me that there'd be about 9 townies and two teams of 3 mafia. And don't sweep this under the rug like prof has been doing. He's already a little too thrilled to have you in the game, I don't want to have to suspect you this early. Call it tunnel vision if you like, it's not baseless, nor are my votes. As far as I'm concerned, there's nothing wrong with focusing my efforts. It's a little late to just throw everything I've got away because a couple of people think I should drop prof.

I don't think you should drop your case against prof but you're falling into the trap of seeing everything little thing he says as bad because you think he's scum. Also, having only one target isn't efficient, you need to look at the global picture, have a few suspects, keep an open mind about changing your views about someone.
