Please stop reporting bullshit stories from click hungry websites. This is just an error, it happened with Trials Fusion as well, it was listed as 720p, also an Ubisoft game.
When the dev says they're targeting 1080p60 you can be sure of 1 thing: it will definetly be in 1080p, If they can't even get 1080p, why the f would they aim for 60fps at that resolution?
