I think the people that doubt the possibility of WiiU staying ahead this year severely underestimate the child market. School is starting soon. Kids will be talking about how awesome mario kart is, they will be talking about smash and new zelda and they will be talking about and even probably trading those new figure things. Now I'm not talking about teenagers, I'm talking about the younger kids that are a very large part of the market that have parents who won't buy them next gen due to cost/mature nature of the games. Kids are going to talking about everything that was shown at Nintendo's E3 and when they talk with each other at school and play games with each other after school the kids that don't have it are going to be begging their parents to get it.

I strongly believe that will keep them ahead this year. Especially since most games are getting pushed back until next year or getting ported to PC.

MK released in May? When does school break up in America? 0_o

The reasoning is always so flimsy as to how and why WiiU is going to achieve great sales.

And the reasoning for the x1 dominance is always so strong. Like price parity, ps4 has no games, only 13 markets, wii u out a year ahead, mk8 is the bigest game of all time, Halo is the bigest game of all time. To me it all sounds like hopes and dreams.

Simple fact is XB1 has an audience to appeal too, despite being $200 higher than WiiU and launching against the mammoth that is PS4, it's still done significantly better than WiiU in the same period. What do you think price parity in the holidays will do for it? It's not going to beat PS4, nobody thinks that, but if it could sustain last holiday and the start of this year it'll find its audience this holiday as well.

We've already seen how WiiU performs during the holidays and both were pretty poor.
