1. He's played mafia before. Not in the forum, but he's played the party game IRL. He knows what he's doing.
2. Mafia, in my experience, generally exhibit inconsistency. He says I should go whether I'm town or scum, and doesn't even vote for me, though he DOES make sure a vote by RCT is bolded and counted. Then he says one reason he doesn't like me is because of my activity and aggression, yet he says he usually plays aggressively too. Lastly, he thinks activity is scummy, but then kind of hesitates when the veterans disagree, and then asks the audience what they think. He makes a case against me about semantics, but yet never really asks me about the posts in question. I know when I disagree with something, I ask a lot of questions so that I can make sure of my suspicions. He doesn't demonstrate this and instead boils it all down to buzzwords. Finally, there's a part where he imitates me, but really gets it all completely wrong. I don't say "you're asking about rules, you must know something". I saw nick make a mention of talking being an action, so I checked my action card and saw that talking was nowhere on it. So I suspected that indeed his card might say something like "can talk at night". etc. It was a hunch...but Hylian didn't bother to ask me about that. Again, all he wants to do is post his accusations, and try to get other people to vote so that he's not attached to this mislynch. It's typical mafia strategy.
3. He's been MIA since I voted him. He hasn't defended himself against my accusations. I find that suspicious.

1. I played ONE time, several years ago. It was apparently a very simplified game, because there was nothing mafia could do except vote to kill someone at night, and only two other roles, sheriff and doctor, the doctor could vote to save someone from the mafia, and I don't remember what the sheriff did. Also, the game lasted less than an hour, where as this looks like it could last over a month. The simplicity is probably due to the limits of being at a party and not a forum, but a foggy memory of a much simpler game doesn't really help me that much here. I just understand the general gist of the game's concept enough that when I see the phrase "Fire Emblem Mafia sign-ups" I have an idea of what I'm getting myself into.

2. I didn't vote because I wasn't sure and was waiting to vote, just as others are waiting to vote as well. When I said I play aggressively, all I meant was I don't like to sit back and watch. Can't stand it in fact. People are saying that's what mafia like to do, especially on the first day, but as much as it makes sense to me, I just can't do it. I don't have the discipline and patience to lay low. I boiled it all down to buzzwords because I can't stand all this long, back and forth posts, so I boiled it down. I'm not being precise in my language, you're right. It's because sematics piss me off. My accusation has reasoning. If you disagree with it, fine, but it's there. I'm not just posting accusations and hoping people agree, I'm accusing the one I think the most harmful. It's hard to get a read on anyone this early in the game, but as I've said, I want you gone, town or not, because I think you the most harmful. Also you're annoying and your headache inducing posts are making the game less fun, so you're harmful on multiple levels. I'll freely admit, that last bit is somewhat emotional and is certainly affecting my vote, but in my defense, it's early in the game so I don't think it matters much. I'd rather get rid of you now, have more fun later, and hopefully with you not flooding the thread, other people will get more talkative, and that will help the town in the long run, in my opinion. As for the bit about a mislynch, I have something to say about that, which I'll address in another post.

3. I'm MIA because I'm at work most of the day, and don't have access to the internet while I'm there. At night, I have chores to do because I live on a farm. Yesterday, I was too busy between the two to get on. I was so exhausted at the end of the day I went to bed very early and slept a good 12+ hours straight. My timing was very unfortunate, however, as you pointed out.
