Makes perfect sense. 

Shareholders are happy with the company as a whole obviously but there are parts of the company to be worried about. 

We got a closed ama by the president of my employer and they had awful things to say about MS as a whole. Internally they are a mess and are bringing down their customers with them. 

You would know all this right because you deal with them on a day to day basis right?

Why would I lie, I heard it directly from the person who deals with the CEO on a weekly basis. 

I can't tell you who I work for publicly but if you want to we can continue it offline. 

The ama was an eye opener for windows 8 adoption too and Microsofts opinion on how it is doing.
