Well the doom would kinda be deserved since there was a couple of high profile staff left Naughty Dog this year. 

It just goes to show that movement  happens in the industry whether it be some one looking to go up the ladder or someone at the top feeling stale and wanting  something new .

 In regards to ND turn over is turn over  , it's just their  profile makes it to the front page and you start to see the situation where people who are there two years or even less  being put on the same page as the Amey Henning's  and Casey Hudsons of the world.
