A service like this does not need to be on any other console really. Between the ps4,ps3,vita,dvd,blu-Ray,smart tv's, apple tv, computer, tablet and phones it can easily miss the xbox and WiiU and not skip a beat and it could be another feature it would have over the competition... best of both worlds really.
