Playstation probably won't die even if Sony files for bankruptcy since they'll probably sell the division to someone else. 

There wouldn't be too many options available to buy the division, namely 3. Amazon, Apple or MS

Maybe Samsung too. In fact, they would probbaly buy up most of Sony's divisions if Sony ever filed for bankruptcy.
