Hey, its good to see Sony succeeding at something. I'd like to see them report a profit eventually.

But PS3 is still so far from PS2. Why? Xbox gained a good chunk of what PS3 chased away.

That is what happens when a third contender comes in with its A game on. The Xbox 360 ( other than the issues wth the RROD) is one of the best gaming machines ever. Even I will admit that. It was a given The Xbox will be stealing a chunk of Sony's fanbase with that machine. Especially those in the US and those who have played Halo: Combat Evolved and Halo 2 Multiplayer.
