Our PS3 figures for the UK are as "inflated" with respect to Chart Track as our 360 figures. One console is not being favoured over another.

Incorrect PS3 data doesn't help neither, if you think the figures are inflated IMO adjust and do similar for other platforms (unless you can provide good reasoning why your data is better). I don't have the full current Chart Track data for the PS3, I just know the 360 is currently overtracked by about 130K. But don't you agree the PS3 data was off way too much just before the first 1 million announcement? IMO it was really a huge correction. Then we had VGChartz reporting the 360 outselling the PS3 for each and every single week for the UK, then we have Chart Track claiming the opposite. All this combined made me come to the conclusion UK tracking hasn't been very accurate in recent months.

IMO christmas NPD, January and February 2008 initial reports combined were way off. Of course the christmas figures were corrected. For VGChartz I hope March 2008 NPD figures will show similar trends as this website, of course personally I hope the PS3 considerably outsold the 360 (as I expect to be the case), but that wouldn't help this website which should try to get as close as possible to professional trackers, try to predict Chart Track, NPD, GfK and Media Create data reports.

Naughty Dog: "At Naughty Dog, we're pretty sure we should be able to see leaps between games on the PS3 that are even bigger than they were on the PS2."
