Are the PS4 versions of multiplats really better??

I always found the resolution thing to be funny.  Show me someone who can stand at an optimal viewing distance from a TV and tell me how many lines are on that screen with consistent accuracy, and I might actually take the resolutions arguments seriously.

Its not just res thats the question tho, its consistant frame rates and effects that suffer as well. 

 

But yes some people have teles so small that resolution wont matter particularly.
