Read that earlier today and preordered from VGP. I'm pretty pissed about it, too, but at least importing is an option. DLC will be a bitch and I honestly don't know if it's worth my time and effort to get it (to be honest, I don't even know if and what DLC the game has).
I guess they got what they wanted, though. Making the physical version limited pushed me to buy it at full price, which I'd never done under normal circumstances for a game like Senran Kagura (bought the 3DS one at 30€, but I have to say that I enjoyed it a lot more than I thought I would initially).
After hearing that the 3DS version exceeded Zen United's/Marvelous Europe's expectations sales wise, I'd hoped for Shinovi to get a physical version as well, and now I fear for Senran Kagura 2's fate in Europe (with 3DS being region locked). If the situation should be the same for that game, I'll be pushed to buy an American 3DS (a push I had originally feared being done by Persona Q, but thanks to NISA, that game comes over physically).
Ugh. Sometimes I wish I would be like a few years back. Just buying the games I see in stores. Would save a lot of frustration.
