Hey Valknut what do you mean by Super River City Ransom? I know of 2 Shin Nekketsu (Japanese name for the series) games for Snes that plays like River City Ransom.

The Tick was way too long for a game with no passwords or save features. Ninjas were fun, gangsters were a little boring, but the clowns chapter almost made me give up life.
