@1,2: It's up to the mod. Usually they have their own secret forum somewhere, where they can talk together an connive. PMs are usually not allowed.

A "tell" is like a clue or hint regarding someone's faction/allegiance. For example, according to padib, acting like a victim might hint that the person is scum. I don't necessarily agree.
@Second paragraph: No one is lynching anyone just yet. I like prof's style; it gets reactions, and possible slips.
