Apparently he is calling a certain someone (it could be you... maybe) salty because this game is not on Wii U. Also the part where a certain someone (again... it could be you I'm not really sure) said that Captain Toad Tresure Tracker is better than ICO seems to be the reason of his comment.
In my professional opinion Raziel123 needs to spend more time in the outdoors. A little bit of fresh air might calm down his hot temperament.

It's all a matter of misinterpretation. Your post was: "Im not sure Captain Toad: Treasure Tracker is trying to make me cry and forget about boring gameplay. Its actually a video game."
That kind of post can be misinterpreted into: "Captain Toad is going to be better than ICO ". This kind of misinterpretation is very common among people who browse forums while being drunk or angry.
