It loses it's potency and the effects of clashing on armor speed up the dulling process.

Isn't that what wet stones are for? Seems like a better alternative to having to buy an entirly new sword.

That'd be so great for those rare weapons I don't dare use.

And what about staves?  And chest keys?? Naga works in mysterious ways.
