Mr Khan said: I get why tomes burn through pages so quickly, but are smiths really so imperfect in our world that most swords break after swinging them 40 times or so? Can someone fill me in on this? |
For most people I don't think that is true, as for them it is simply a tool and will likely last longer than 40 hits. However for those lucky enough to have great chi that flows like a fire emblem through them it is much different. For them a sword becomes a focal point for their ultimate powa. That powa takes a toll and eventually turns the strongest of steels into useless rubble. Just a thought tho that probably has no real basis. Sounds nifty tho. Real reason is probably due to some scheme on behalf of the corporations that manufacture swords. More swords used = more profits.
