Equal rights : Should female humans be allowed to go topless in public?

I'm assuming that the only one who want this are loner and pervert, right? Who in hell would want their girl friend or wife getting look at by everyone? That is the only reason anyone would want that. I for once, would not want anyone to see my woman topless.
