Yes marijuana can slow down your reaction time, but its relaxation properties can sometimes trump it
For me playing FPS, if im not high, i get more anxious i gues you could say, and i tend to over react. Ill over aim and cant hit targets. When im high, i tend to get into a level of reaction where i dont freak out and am able to more calmly aim on target. This is especially true when im a sniper in BF4.
