Dota 2 is one of the most tactically-dependent games in existence. I highly doubt it. My friends play a lot - and by a lot I mean thousands of hours each. They also smoke a lot of weed (and again, I do mean a lot and over a long period). But all of them agree that they are not at their best when high, therefore they don't smoke when they play seriously - only when playing for fun.
