Not really thinking Tier 2 is much of an entry, either. x.X If even half of those new countries go as lopsided as Germany has gone, (heck, even if the ratio is only half as bad,) Tier 2 will narrow the gap... a little bit... but thinking the only real shot Microsoft's got of even getting global parity, let alone 'winning,' is trying to snag a sizable lead in the U.S. and U.K.
