I think the whole thing should be structured around the amount of hours, with only one price for the full game:

Single game pricing:

$1 = 2 hours
$3 = 5 hours
$7 = 10 hours
$10 = 15 hours
$15 = Unlimited time with the game.

Subscription:

$25 = 1 month for all you want to play.
$40 = 3 months
$70 = 6 months
$100 = 1 year.

PS+ subscription benefits:

5% off 1 months subscription
10% off 3 months subscription
15% off 6 months subscription
25% off 1 years subscription

DO IT SONY!

If sony implements these plans, lots of games wont be on PS Now, third party companies wont agree to this. It can work for their in house titles but companies like square would laugh at an offer like this

Then they will continue to lose out on revenue due to used game sales. If the TV and Movie industries took this stance we wouldn't have Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime etc.

I'm sure Sony will be able to secure temporary deals with the various devlopers to stream their games a la Netflix. Dangling lump sums in front of cash strapped developers will be almost to much to pass up. Has to be better than leaving that revenue out there to Gamestop and the used games market.
