Not everybody would use it to it's full extent though. Besides if they price it too high they won't be making money either because no one will be willing to pay for it.

that's because you keep assuming streaming costs are a "costly thing"

its way more costly than just selling digital copys.  so u should claculate in a little premium... but no, most people think the price will go down because of streaming.  and older games are maybe cheaper to stream, but its not as cheap as just selling them digital.
