Well here are my options are pay more the X1 version, get a higher resolution, but have less fun because my friends don't have Xbox Ones.

Or buy it on the 360, which is still the same game, $20 cheaper, and have more fun playing with friends. For this game inparticular, its a no brainer.

I also own Diablo 3 on the 360 already, it looks and performs great. This is one game I don't mind getting for 7th gen. Destiny on the otherhand I will be getting on X1.

I don't see how you could argue that money is a problem if you're buying (essentially) the same game twice? 

Are the differences really worth that?
